With McPalin fueling racial hatred and inciting violence (which is exactly what they are doing, whether or not they actually intend the violence) one wonders how the race would have looked had Hillary Clinton been the Democratic nominee.
With Hillary in the race, it's likely that the Winker from Wasilla would not have been the vice presidential nominee, but had Hillary been far ahead in the polls, how would McCain have handled it?
We have something of a clue. At a town hall during the primary, a woman stood up and asked McCain "How do we defeat the bitch?" McCain laughed.
I think it would have been ugly. Instead of racially tinged attacks, we would see sexist attacks. We would have returned to every smear against the Clintons including Whitewater, travelgate, the death of Vince Foster, and even the impeachment.
One thing I know for sure, however. The McCain campaign would have demanded press conferences and media interviews from Clinton. Not for one second would they allow her to get away with blaming the media for unfairness, or sit by idly while she got soft ball do-overs on a friendly network after she completely flubbed an interview with a major network.
These people are such disgusting and slimy human beings. They make me more than sick. They show me the absolute worst side of humanity.
As for being "Christian?" Don't make me laugh.
